At Tech Leads Academy, we stand behind the quality of our community and content. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new members.

How It Works

  • If you're not satisfied with your membership for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase

  • The 30-day period begins from your first payment date (not including the $1 trial period)

  • No questions asked - we respect your decision

Trial Period ($1 for First Month)

  • The $1 trial payment is non-refundable

  • Your 30-day money-back guarantee begins when you're charged the regular $97 monthly fee

  • You can cancel during the trial period to avoid the regular charge

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and subscription details

  3. State that you'd like to request a refund

We will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

 

Refund Eligibility

 

You Are Eligible If:

  • You are within 30 days of your initial regular payment ($97 charge)

  • This is your first subscription to Tech Leads Academy

  • You have not previously received a refund from us

 

You Are Not Eligible If:

  • More than 30 days have passed since your regular payment

  • You are requesting a refund on the $1 trial payment

  • You have violated our Terms of Service

  • You have received a refund from us in the past

 

Subscription Cancellation

 

Cancel Anytime

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, even after the 30-day guarantee period

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

  • You retain access until the end of your paid period

  • No refunds for cancellations after the 30-day guarantee period

 

How to Cancel

  1. Log into your account

  2. Go to subscription settings

  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"

  4. Or email us at contact@techleadsacademy.com

 

Partial Month Refunds

 

We do not provide refunds for partial months, except during the 30-day money-back guarantee period.

 

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

  • The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider

 

Chargebacks

 

If you have requested a refund and we have approved it, please do not file a chargeback with your bank. If you have concerns, please contact us directly at support@techleadsacademy.com so we can resolve the issue.

Filing an unauthorized chargeback may result in account termination and inability to rejoin Tech Leads Academy.

 

Changes to This Policy

 

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your subscription.
