By accessing Tech Leads Academy at techleadsacademy.com or joining our community on Skool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

 

Description of Service

 

Tech Leads Academy is a private, paid membership community that provides:

  • Access to our exclusive Skool community

  • Educational content and resources for tech leaders

  • Networking opportunities with other members

  • Regular updates and community support

 

Membership and Subscription

 

Pricing

  • Monthly subscription: $97 per month

  • Trial offer: $1 for the first month (for waitlist members), then regular price applies

  • Prices are in USD and may be subject to change with notice

 

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly

  • Payment is processed through our secure payment processor

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method

  • All sales are final except as provided in our Refund Policy

Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe

  • You must provide accurate and complete information

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

  • One account per person; account sharing is prohibited

Trial Period

 

Eligible new members from our waitlist receive access for $1 for the first month. After the trial period:

  • Your subscription automatically converts to the regular monthly price of $97

  • You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges

  • Trial offer is limited to one per person

 

User Conduct

 

You agree to:

  • Use the community respectfully and professionally

  • Not share copyrighted content without permission

  • Not spam, harass, or abuse other members

  • Not share your account credentials with others

  • Not use the community for illegal purposes

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove any content that violates these terms

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

  • Modify community rules and guidelines

 

Intellectual Property

 

Our Content

 

All content provided in Tech Leads Academy (courses, videos, materials, posts) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content

  • Use our content for commercial purposes

  • Share member-only content outside the community

 

Your Content

Content you post in the community remains yours, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the community.

 

Cancellation and Termination

 

Your Right to Cancel

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

  • No refunds for partial months unless covered by our money-back guarantee

 

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Abuse or harass community members

  • Fail to pay subscription fees

  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access

  • We are not liable for technical issues with Skool platform

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.
